I was born in Salta, Argentina before migrating to Miami, FL. In 2021, I moved to Tallahassee to attend graduate school to study Higher Education Administration and work full time at Florida State University. During my time there I noticed how there was a lack of Argentine restaurants in the city. Thus, I set to pursue the American dream and open the first Argentine establishment in Tallahassee featuring the iconic empanadas found in his province back home.
