The owner of this enterprise was born  in Salta, Argentina before migrating to Miami, FL. In 2021, he moved to Tallahassee to attend graduate school to study Higher Education Administration and work full time at Florida State University. During his time there he noticed how there was a lack of Argentine restaurants in the city. Thus, he set to pursue the American dream and open the first Argentine establishment in Tallahassee featuring the iconic empanadas found in his province back home.
